This
week we honor one of Arizona 's most famous and respected
citizens. In a interview last year with Justice Sandra Day
O'Connor, Ed Phillips wished her a happy birthday and she
took a few moments to tell him about growing up on the “Lazy
B” Ranch and how much she loves our state.
Susan
Bitter Smith had to tend to some business in Washington
this week, but our friend, songwriter, performer and media
guy David Moscowitz fills in this week. He and Ed tell of
