Watermelon
Melon (any)
Pineapple
Mango
Papaya
Peach
Plums
Wooden skewers
Chili powder (any strength)
Wasabi Powder
Mustard Powder
Optional: Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS
These fruit skewers served chilled are awesome for a meal finish. Fruit should be cut into large cubes (about 3/4 to 1 inch).
Have fun trying the different fruits with the different heaters.
Thread 4 chunks of fruit on a skewer and dip one side in heat of choice. If desired, turn skewer over and very, very lightly sprinkle a few grains of sea salt on each piece of fruit.
Suggestions: Watermelon and wasabi, pineapple and chili, or mango and mustard. |
